Broadband at Last (and current condition o' mine)

ADSL at last. Almost 2MB for download and 384KB for upload. Ain' t bad, heh. That's however, the biggest bandwidth available at my location. It's sad that the strongest package has miserable 768KB upload link, while the download link is 16MB. But it will still allow me to host things or have tests right on my computer, instead of Recgr.com .

Apart from that, I have another announcement. A friend of mine, Franka Batelic is every Sunday on NOV@ TV, a Croatian tv-channel (national level). She's with me in the class, and yet she is a nationally known star. Last Sunday our class was a support for her, we were actually there, in the studio! And we shall be going every Sunday, as long as she stays.

Shape Shift Anniversary (November Rain)

It's been exactly a year after famous new version of Recruiting Grounds has started. The date is dedicated to Guns & Roses' song called November Rain. The original thread (make on 1st November 2006) and site redesign situation is, however, dedicated to Metallica's heavy metal song called Of Wolf And Man, determining differences between wolf and man, but I concentrated on a part in chorus (Shape Shift). Another year gone.

Developing Recruiting Parser 1.1

Developing of new version of Recruiting Parser has now officially started. I could make it in two days if there isn't school, but it is. That's actually I reason I haven't updated for almost 2 months (jesus!!!).

Two further notice:

• 1st (and probably last) anniversary of Recruiting Grounds 2 is on 1st November. For more information -> here (note it isn't a site anniversary, just the version's)
• Forum Grounds is seriously screwed

Recruiting Grounds 2.2

The biggest flaw in the plan have been fixed. Ever since RG 2 started, and even after big upgrade release, Scripts Zone of RG wasn't working.

But now it works. My next goal is releasing RG 2.3 which will bring Radio.

And yeah, school in my country started today. I hit second class in secondary school. great

Loads of news

It's been like 15 days since my last post, so I'll try to catch up now. I'll start from Grounds-related stuff to me.

1) in the past 10 days (or so), all Grounds members have been really worse. Sys admin silently for some ultimately weird reason rolled to PHP4 as primary PHP version, leaving PHP5 as secondary, not as default. So I had to found out that at myself (they apparently don't care about users) and then co-sys admin helped me to make a .htaccess which virtually makes all my PHP files as .php5
So now it works, but it didn't for a while, so I wasn't even in position to open my Admin Zone (I wanted to point out that Forum Grounds reached 2000 users).

2) i passed. i'm going to second class. it starts tomorrow. whole lotta vacation I guess, huh?!

3) i will now start working on RG 2.2; i have to fix Scripts Zone.

4) after that I will start working on RG 2.3 which will bring us a Internet Radio.

5) i'll try to decrease amount of spam at Forum Grounds by making some new Mods for Forum Grounds. The MOD is probably going to be unleashed at public.
