Four days ago Server was attacked by hackers. In the past three days server was unstable. You most likely weren't able to hit RG or any other Grounds. Everything is finally fine now.
On other unrelated news, I want to point out that my school started. Showcase your angriness here.

The decision is made - because of being the most unpopular Recruiting Grounds page, section RC Jokes won't exist anymore when Recruiting Grounds 2 wents out.
I got the idea for RC Jokes from my school friend and ex site affiliate Nikola Domazet (aka Nick, Djuro) gave me this idea through mail. His (old) profile is available at (old) Recruiting Grounds Forun -- link.
That's it and - damn mosquitoes, they're eating me here :(

PM Grounds RC4 Released |

After more than a month of wait (and work), PM Grounds Release Candidate 4 is ready to be shown!
As always, be sure to read the ChangeLog.
Briefly, this installment fixes a two (non-critical) bugs, it adds two great new features (Buddy Control and User Pages).
And it is more optimized for Recruiting Grounds 2.
Hence RG2 touched its core, there is nothing different that YOU will see.
The bigger news is Recruiting Grounds 2.
A few more add-ons and the index page will be done. After that, I'll
very easy make the sections. I expect that it will take me for about 2
or 3 days to make them. I have a really great tool which will make some
complex design on those pages instead of me.
You will see !
Development Grounds is having its downtime. The servers are upgrading, again.
I really didn't notice that it was slow, but well.
