Recruiting Grounds is online for over 3 years. We started as a small personal site which featured background downloads which were actually the background of the page. Today we are serving some of the best web services, ideas, applications and similar!

In the previous site version, this page was in Croatian. However, it was HUGE. It had over 22,000 characters! Now we bring you shorter, orientated version.

Ninova Web Stranica -- Hello, World

This is the beginning of Recruiting Grounds. We're not exactly sure about the date when Recruiting Grounds originated, but the date is been set to 8th July 2003. It's not gonna be changed - our anniversary is on 8th July and that date is set as originated date in Recruiting Grounds system.
Ninova Web Stranica have had nothing smart though. The design was really "white", and our content were backgrounds. These were actually the backgrounds of the pages.
Site's online and it's been left as-is. I didn't care about it.

Ninova Web Stranica 2 -- Hello, Croatia

The revolution of Recruiting Grounds. The design was really really enhanced, even though it was still light. I started adding really weird Flash to site, but most popular series on Recruiting Grounds ever, Pokusaj which had 3 movies:

They all featured my voice and they were downloaded by millions of times, especially Pokusaj 2 which was the best, even though Pokusaj 3 vol.1 was in production for over 2 months!
There was nothing really great in them, but in those days Recruiting Grounds was EXTREMELY visited because I flooded whole Croatian usenet with adverts.
The site was starting to get its helpers, and even better, my dream, a forum! I got really addicted!

Ninova Web Stranica 3 / Croatian Sith Clan -- Facelift & Laws

The Ninova Web Stranica 3 had a new design. That was a milestone, a neat and dynamic design.
A few weeks after that the site name has been thrown! The new site name was Croatian Sith Clan, with a main point to host a Star Wars: Jedy Academy multiplayer game. I finally bought a domain, www.clan-csc.com, and I hired my friends who ENJOYED SW:JK and we were about to host it. That wasn't possible, though. Our ISP, T-Com was constantly saying that the whole country is going to have a DSL, the fast Internet access, but I never got it. These buddies got it, a few months later, but no one bothered to host the game, though. Here, I haven't really made any important game or movie, but I was putting games of my Affiliate Nikola, yet another school friend!
We had a problems with Newgrounds' Users in this period. I wanted that Croatian Sith Clan have a decent slogan, so I used the same as Newgrounds.com — The Problems Of The Future, Today!.

Croatian Sith Clan 2 / Recruiting Grounds -- Finally Recruiting!

A very important part of Recruiting Grounds history is the competition on which I went with Recruiting Grounds in my sleeves (then still as CSC). I won the county competition, but I didn't enter the regional competition. Why? Browse the news :)
It was thus: I shut down Recruiting Grounds (CSC). After a month of downtime, Recruiting Grounds (CSC) went online. On the same day as the competition! I couldn't menage to finish it, so I put myself as the last of the list, and meanwhile I put Recruiting Grounds up and running. It was for about 10:00 AM when Recruiting Grounds went online with its services (i.e. news).

When I noticed that no one will actually host Star Wars, I decided we need to change the name. My birthday was coming faster than I thought it will. I asked myself - " What to do? " . Meanwhile, I left Flash and went to the programming. That was the answer.
On 5th April 2006, my birthday, Croatian Sith Clan became Recruiting Grounds !

Recruiting Grounds 2 -- touching the core of RG

This is the present Recruiting Grounds shape. In this version, the core of Recruiting Grounds is touched. All sockets, protocols, interfaces, tools are changed. Its development has taken over 3 months. Its release date is also very specific, it is not randomly chosen. 1st November represents the famous "November Rain" song by Guns 'n' Roses!

Recruiting Grounds 2.1 -- alter or abolish

Exactly a year after establishing Recruiting Grounds (in old Croatian Sith Clan shape), on my birthday, development of upgraded version of RG started! This is a installment which brought a huge amount of bugfixes and new tools/mods, but it isn't a version in which core of RG got touched, but it covered every single page of RG. On 10th April Alexa reported newest stats for RG. Hits has fallen for 60% in the last 3 months, so I finally put all my strengths to revamp RG, to be better than ever! I never really abolished RG, but it felt so.
